1. Quality Assurance
All our products (authentic Yixing purple clay teapots, ceramic tea sets, Ru kiln tea sets, and various premium teas) are sourced directly from long-term cooperative origin factories and tea merchants, with no intermediate links. Before shipment, every product is personally inspected by our store manager to ensure that the goods you receive are consistent with the description. Slight differences in handcrafted products are not considered quality issues; please refer to the product page notes for details.
2. Shipping & Logistics
✅ All cross-border orders are shipped directly from the Chinese origin warehouse without transshipment;
✅ Shipping Time: We will arrange shipment within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. We will notify you in advance in case of special circumstances;
✅ Logistics Tracking: After shipment, we will send the tracking number to your email. You can track the logistics information through the order page or the logistics official website;
✅ Delivery Time: International logistics delivery time varies by region, generally 7-25 business days. Please refer to the actual logistics situation for details.
3. Return & Refund Policy
We understand the concerns of cross-border shopping, so we provide a comprehensive return and refund guarantee:
✅ If the product has quality problems (damage, missing parts, wrong delivery), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide clear photos or videos as proof. We will replace the product for you for free or issue a full refund;
✅ If you need to return or exchange the product for personal reasons, please submit an application within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be in a brand-new, unused condition with complete packaging. You need to bear the round-trip logistics costs and related taxes;
✅ Note: Handcrafted Yixing teapots, customized products, tea leaves and other special products are not eligible for return or exchange due to personal reasons. Please place your order carefully.
