1. Acceptance of Terms and Scope of Application

These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between you (the User) and jianghu Teapot (hereinafter referred to as “we”) regarding your use of our website, purchase of products, and related services. By accessing or using our services, or placing an order to purchase products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and other relevant rules. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or purchase products.

These Terms apply to all transactions and related services conducted through jianghu Teapot’s website, mini-program, and other channels, including but not limited to the sale, delivery, and after-sales service of authentic Yixing purple clay teapots, ceramic tea sets, Ru kiln tea sets, and various premium teas.

2. User Rights and Obligations

  • You have the right to enjoy the services we provide within the scope agreed in these Terms, including product consultation, order processing, logistics tracking, and after-sales service.
  • You must provide true and accurate personal information (name, contact details, delivery address, etc.) for order confirmation and delivery. You shall bear all losses caused by incorrect information.
  • You shall complete payment in accordance with the displayed prices and payment procedures on the website, and shall not engage in fraudulent activities, fake transactions, or other irregular operations through the platform.
  • You shall use the purchased products reasonably in accordance with the product instructions and relevant maintenance specifications. After-sales service is not provided for damages caused by human error or improper use.

3. Our Rights and Obligations

  • We promise to provide high-quality products consistent with product descriptions. All products are sourced from long-term cooperative origin factories to ensure quality compliance.
  • We will process your order in a timely manner as agreed, arrange shipment within 1-3 business days, and provide logistics tracking information.
  • We will protect your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and will not disclose or sell your information without authorization.
  • We reserve the right to adjust website functions and product information (including prices) and will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance. We shall not be liable for direct or indirect losses caused by service interruptions due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, policy changes), but will strive to minimize the impact.

4. Orders and Payments

  • Order Confirmation: An order is confirmed once you submit it and complete payment. We will fulfill the shipping obligation in accordance with the order information. If shipment is not possible due to insufficient inventory, product discontinuation, etc., we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
  • Payment Rules: You must complete payment through the payment methods supported by the website. After successful payment, the funds will be held temporarily and settled to us only after you confirm receipt. If any abnormalities occur during payment, please contact customer service for assistance.
  • Price Explanation: Product prices on the website are as displayed at the time of order placement, excluding taxes, customs duties, and other cross-border fees, which shall be borne by you.

5. Delivery and Acceptance

  • Delivery Method: Cross-border orders are delivered via international logistics. Delivery time varies by region, generally 7-25 business days, subject to actual logistics efficiency.
  • Acceptance Requirements: Upon receiving the product, please inspect the packaging and product for damage in a timely manner. If there are issues such as damage, missing items, or incorrect delivery, you must contact customer service within 48 hours of signing for receipt and provide relevant evidence. Failure to do so will be deemed as acceptance of the product in good condition.
  • Risk Transfer: Ownership and damage risk of the product transfer to you upon signature. You shall bear the cost of secondary delivery caused by incorrect delivery address or failure to receive the product.

6. After-Sales Service

  • Quality Issues: Within 7 days of receiving the product, if there is a quality problem with the product itself (not caused by human error), you may apply for a return or exchange, and we will bear the round-trip logistics costs. Within 15 days, you may apply for an exchange, with logistics costs also borne by us.
  • Personal Reasons: Within 7 days of receiving the product, if you need to return it for personal reasons, the product must be brand-new, unused, and in complete packaging (including gifts). You shall bear the round-trip logistics costs. Returns for personal reasons are not accepted after 15 days.
  • Special Products: Handcrafted customized tea sets, tea leaves, and other perishable or customized products are not eligible for return or exchange due to personal reasons.
  • After-Sales Period: The after-sales service period for tea sets is 180 days, and for tea leaves is 90 days. After the expiration, only maintenance consultation services are provided (maintenance fees to be negotiated separately).

7. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights of the text, images, logos, product designs, and other content on our website belong to jianghu Teapot. You shall not copy, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without authorization.
  • You grant us the right to use your reviews, feedback, and other content free of charge for legal purposes such as website promotion and product display, and we reserve the right to make appropriate modifications.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • We are only liable for the quality of the products themselves and not for indirect losses (such as loss of profits, emotional damages, etc.) arising from the use of the products.
  • We shall not be liable for service interruptions or losses caused by force majeure, logistics provider delays, customs inspections, or other third-party factors, but will strive to assist you in communication and resolution.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability shall not exceed the order amount of the products you purchased.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. In case of cross-border legal conflicts, the law with the closest connection to the transaction shall prevail.
  • Dispute Resolution: Disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent people’s court in the place where we are located (Xi’an City, China).

10. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the other provisions shall not be affected.
