We run a family teaware shop in Fuping together with my sister. She manages the offline store on site, while I handle our online business. We also maintain an office in Xi’an. All international orders are fulfilled and shipped either from our Fuping store or our Xi’an warehouse. If stock is unavailable at our warehouse, items will be shipped directly from our trusted long-term manufacturers in Yixing.
