Product Introduction

Dicaoqing clay originates from Huanglong Mountain in Yixing. As top-grade purple clay, it was favored by famous master Gu Jingzhou. Mined from deep clay layers, it features pure texture and steady brown tone.

The raw clay has unique cyan speckles. After firing, the teapot turns into reddish liver color, varying slightly with clay composition and firing temperature.

This clay delivers mild and elegant tea taste with lasting aroma. With regular use, its surface will gradually turn into dark antique hue and gain soft glossy patina.

Brewing Suggestion

It fits all kinds of Pu-erh tea, lightly roasted oolong, Longjing tea, jasmine tea, Biluochun tea, black tea and green tea.
