This Magnolia teapot is hand-shaped from authentic original purple clay, featuring a soft warm tone and solid, dense texture. It has a wide, flattened body with a streamlined lid and a stable footed base, creating a balanced and graceful overall profile.

The spout, handle and knob are all carved in the style of natural tree stumps with detailed knots. Lifelike magnolia flowers, branches and leaves are applied in high relief on the body and lid, with full, three-dimensional petals showing superb sculpting skill. It is both a practical tea vessel and a highly collectible artwork.
